The Sterni-Festival goes into the second round this year and takes place from Fri 23.08.- Sun 25.08.24. We invite you to dance to selected regional bands, DJs and live acts in the middle of the beautiful Sternenberg. Away from the hustle and bustle of the festival scene, our Sterni is an insider tip for all those who like it uncomplicated and informal.
The Sterni Festival is organized by a young team of volunteers who share a passion for festivals and concerts.
There are numerous waste garbage cans available. Aluminum, glass and pet can be disposed of at two recycling stations. Please throw your cigarette butts in the trash or in your pocket cups. We serve drinks in reusable cups to keep waste production to a minimum.
A shuttle service is organized for arrival and departure from Saland station.
The shuttle is free of charge and runs at the following times:

There are no parking facilities near the festival. For the sporty ones, it is possible to arrive by bike or on foot.

The Sterni Festival should be a place where everyone feels comfortable and accepted, regardless of skin color, gender, origin, social class, sexual orientation, religion, etc. So that we can offer you a safe festival experience without discrimination, a professional awareness team will be on site, which you can contact at any time.
Es gibt die Möglichkeit, auf dem Gelände mit dem Zelt zu campen. Der Campingplatz ist von Freitag 17:00 bis Sonntag 15:00 geöffnet. Für das Campieren wird ein Camping Ticket benötigt (ohne Aufpreis / begrenzte Anzahl). Es gibt vor Ort KEINE Möglichkeit mit einem Wohnwagen, Van, oder Wohnmobil anzureisen!
Open fires are not permitted. Access to the toilets and drinking water is possible at all times. There are no showers on the site.
In cooperation with the Sternen restaurant, there is the option of staying in a cozy 6-bed room, breakfast included. Your bed is a 30-minute walk from the festival or can be reached by cab shuttle for a small tip. Reservations under: https://sternen-sternenberg.ch/zimmer/
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Children and young people under the age of 18 are not allowed on the festival grounds after 24:00 and will be expelled by the security service.

Families and children are very welcome. This year there is a play area and a children's program in the afternoon.
Your catering will also be taken care of. There will be a bar with a small but fine selection of refreshing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as various food stalls (vegetarian). For the campers there will be a brunch offer with collections on Saturday morning.
Bring your own cups and dishes and help us to save resources. (For the forgetful among you, we will provide reusable cups).
Bringing your own alcoholic beverages is not permitted and is very detrimental to our festival economy. The Sterni Festival is a non-profit organisation, which is why we rely heavily on this income.

On the weekend of the Sterni Festival there are only very limited parking spaces available in Saland and the surrounding area! There are several events in the area on the same weekend. Our program aims to provide a platform for newcomers and established musicians from the region.
In the afternoon, a variety of acoustic artists (singers, songwriters, rock, world music and pop) will treat us to their sounds. From sunset onwards, various DJs and live electronic music acts will shape the program, starting with house/techno and psychedelic trance until the early hours of the morning.
